Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about a faulty laptop I bought in your store and also about the poor service provided by your company.
On friday 15th April, I went into your store to look at laptops. I asked your sales assistand for advice and he repeatly recomended the 2552L ASAS model because it was the best option and I listened to his advice and I bought it.
The first and last time I operated my new laptop it worked only for five minutes. When I was following the first steps, sudlendly, the laptop made an strange noise and the screen went back. It did not worked anymore. There was quite smoke around the laptop and it smelt burnt.
The same day, I phoned the customer service number you have on the Internet, looking for answer. I was holding on for twenty minutes and your assistand told me to buy a new cable.
Although I told him several times about the date I bought the laptop, just the day before, and the two years guaranty the laptop must have, he insisted the only way to fix the faulty laptop was buying for a new cable.
Needless to say, I was quite disappointed.
In the circumstances I expect the full refund or a new laptop.
